I entered my email address in the ordering window, but received no receipt or license strict by email?

Be careful with your e-mail address when ordering a license. Otherwise, our communications won´t work. There must be a functioning email address, or your mailbox may  be full. If you do not get a response from us, send an email with the correct information and we will return soon.

I fill in my information when ordering, but nothing happens?

Most likely, you have not filled out all information correctly. Phone number, email address. If not, try again.

I have problems when I'm going to order the license. After input of personal information,  I went to the payment page and filled  in my card details. After pressing  OK I got the following message: "The page can not be displayed in this program"

You are probably using a browser other than Explorer. PC-Horse uses Explorer for certain functions to work. Install Windows Explorer on your computer.

When will I receive a license code that activate my software?

Once you have filled in the name and address information in the license window, you will immediately receive a license string in return. The same applies when ordering a proper license - When you pay by card and bank transfer accepted (takes about 30 seconds) you get a license string directly to the program. After another short while you should receive an email with the receipt of your payment and a backup copy of your license string.

When I download PC-Horse Windows i warning for "a un authorized program try to download" something on my computer. Should I cancel?

This is a standard message from Windows. You can safely proceed. RUN is fine if you have a fast connection. With slow modems may be better to choose the "Save As" option and then find and click on "44install.exe" where you saved it.

How do I know if I get the "right" version when I download software?

When you download, or update, the program from our website, you automatically recieve the program in English version. Then it is your license governing the software version (i.e Standard, Pro or Consultant)  your program will open in.

I have downloaded the latest version. But when I check, it is still the old version number displayed?

You have probably installed more editions of the program on your computer. See if you accidentally installed a program elsewhere than the default location-  C: / Program files / PC-horse. Delete the erroneously placed to facilitate future updates.

Can I install PC-Horse on my Mac?

No, it does not work. PC Horse requires Windows Explorer to work. The program is well under Vista and XP.
