Can I change the values in the UK-list? No, the list cannot be changed. If a feed is "locked" that feed is guaranteed by the supplier. This means that you can always be sure of the accuracy of its analysis.
What does a warning triangle mean when applied to a feed? To simplify your work with diet formulation, PC Horse collects data on feed nutrients from a wide range of open sources. This data can come from product brochures, websites or information from feed retailers and is mostly correct. However PC-Horse cannot always guarantee its accuracy or how up-to-date it is, because we have no agreement with the producer of the feed. If you want to be sure you should check for yourself with your supplier. You can change the nutrient data of a feed, but the warning triangle will remain.
I have deleted my UK feed list by mistake. How do I get it back? You can go up on our website and download a new one. You can also go into your computer's trash-bin, find the file there and restore it to its original location (Windows default). But this will only work if you have not previously emptied the trash-bin.
If I have deleted my UK feed list - have I lost my "own feeds"? The UK-list can not be changed by the user. All changes that you have made have either been entered in stable feed lists or in whilst creating new feed lists. Be sure to make backup copies of your stables, horses and feed lists often. You will find the command under the "File" menu.
